Shipping policy

1. Serviceable Areas

• We currently deliver within specific areas of Sarangpur, Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh.

• Orders outside our serviceable zones may not be accepted.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Orders are typically delivered within 30–60 minutes of confirmation, depending on location, traffic, and weather conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

• Free delivery may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain value.

4. Self Pick-up

• Customers may also choose Self Pick-up from our restaurant at the New Bus Stand, Sarangpur.

• Orders for pick-up will be prepared and kept ready on the Required Delivery Date & Time.

5. Order Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/email/WhatsApp (as available).

• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to operational limitations, you will be informed immediately.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• While we aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, HotSlice shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Heavy traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or local restrictions

  • Other events beyond our control
